]]> Laura & Jennifer are present at every class, along with Kirsten who are all enhanced disclosed, PVG checked & first aid trained (all certificates are available to view on request). We also have Gillian Ross, Lynn Aitchison, Neve Morrison and Charlie Edwards, who help out regularly at classes.  Our four assistants are undergoing teacher training and will be put forward for their dance teachers certificate in the very near future.

Classes cost £5 per week. Kids attending two classes per week will cost £7. There is no enrolment fee, first class is free of charge and sibling discount is also offered.

Styles taught within all classes are Tap, Ballet, Disco, Modern, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Hip Hop and Street.

All kids work towards examinations with the B.A.T.D, annual dance shows within the Civic Theatre, Pantomimes with North Lanarkshire Council, Competitions, Galadays and all local events.

All pupils participating in the annual dance display are required to participate in the L School of Dance Costume Club, which is £2 per week. Each child is given a club card which is stamped weekly at class to allow costumes to be bought for dance displays. Pupils are required to pay £60 over the year. Costume money is non refundable as costumes are bought throughout the year for various events.

  • Age 3-7 – Shotts Bon Accord Social Club – Sunday’s – 1pm-2.30pm
  • Age 9-12 – Calderhead High School – Monday’s – 6pm -7.30pm
  • Age 13+ – Calderhead High School – Monday’s – 7.30pm – 9.30pmpm

NEWMAINS

All ages – Coltness Memorial Church Hall – Saturday’s – 10.30am – 12pm
  • Ages 3-7 are taught by Jennifer
  • Ages 8-12 are taught by Laura
  • Ages 13+ are taught by Kirsten

]]> All competition classes are by invite only and take place on a Thursday evening in Calderhead High School Dance Studio. All participants & parents are required to sign a dance contract, committing to practices, workshops and fundraising events & keeping attendance to high standard.
Training for competitions will primarily be 1-2 hours per week, which will increase to a maximum of 8 hours per week in the lead up to competitions.

Dancers can only join one of our award winning competition squads if you have trained with our team for a full year prior to joining.

  • Under 10s – 5pm – 6pm – Choatic
  • Under 14s – 6pm – 7pm– Remix
  • Under 18s – 7pm – 8pm – Hype
  • Over 18s  – 8pm – 9.30pm – Unique Soulz
