The L School of Dance was Established in 2002 and we now have over 190 pupils attending our classes weekly!

Classes are taught in Tap, Ballet, Disco, Modern, Commercial, Jazz, Street, Hip Hop and Musical Theatre.

Pupils participate in annual examinations with the B.A.T.D, annual dance shows and pantomimes within Motherwell’s Civic Theatre, Competitions and all local events.

We also have four award winning competition teams within our school who have won numerous medals and trophies at some of the UDO regional and World Championships.

The L School of Dance is highly respected and thought of within the Shotts and Wishaw Communities and we are renowned for producing first class stage productions and some of the best dancers in the area.

We also work closely with North Lanarkshire Council providing free workshops, tutorials and lunchtime clubs within local schools and nurseries.

Each pupil is encouraged by our staff at all times regardless of dance ability. We not only strive to push pupils towards dance success, we aim to build confidence and self esteem, improve fitness and most importantly have fun!

All our teachers & helpers are all enhanced CRB checked and are licensed by NLC to work with children.
